Connie is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. She has been meditating daily for years and as soon as Connie graduated, she started guiding meditations. There are many different types of meditation. Connie likes to introduce different ones to first time meditators as well as experienced practitioners. Come explore mantas, mudras, Kriyas, pranayamas, guided, and other meditation techniques. If you have tried to meditate before and haven’t found what works for you Connie may have some new ideas for you. If you have a strong practice come feel the energy of a group meditation. If you are anywhere in-between this experience will offer something new each time.
