Step into the transformative world of Reiki through this immersive two-day Reiki Level I Certification experience with Reiki Master and Teacher Sara Janelle Blachowicz. Designed for both beginners and those seeking to deepen their spiritual practice, this in-depth training blends meaningful spiritual experience with grounded, practical instruction to help students confidently begin working with Reiki energy.
Throughout this exclusive certification experience, students will receive Reiki Level I and II attunements while learning the foundations, history, and hands-on practice of Reiki within the Usui and Tibetan Reiki traditions. Through meditation, energy awareness, guided practice, and clear instruction, participants will develop the ability to sense energy, perform self-Reiki, and begin sharing Reiki with others.
Day 1 – History & Principles Day
The first day focuses on understanding Reiki, its origins, and building a strong energetic foundation.
Topics include:
• Meet and greet
• 30-minute meditation and group Reiki experience
• What Reiki is and how it is used
• History of Reiki
• The 5 Reiki Principles
• The four levels of Tibetan-Usui Reiki
• Understanding attunements
• The 21-day integration process after attunement and what to expect
• Snack break
• Introduction to the chakra system
• Reiki hand positions for self and others
• Learning to feel energy and sense blockages
• Preparing for a Reiki session
Day 2 – Attunement & Initiation Day
The second day centers on energetic initiation, hands-on practice, and learning how to work with Reiki confidently and responsibly.
Topics include:
• Reiki Attunement Ceremony / Initiation
• How to open and close the energy body
• Gasho / prayer for self-Reiki sessions
• Self-Reiki practice
• Lunch break
• How to prepare and set up for a client session
• Gasho / prayer for sending Reiki to others
• Practice sessions sending Reiki to others
• Closing circle (time permitting)
About Your Teacher
Sara Janelle Blachowicz is a Reiki practitioner and teacher trained in both Usui and Tibetan Reiki traditions. She began her Reiki journey in the United States, completing Reiki Levels I and II before later revisiting and deepening those same levels during immersive training in Thailand. There, she expanded her understanding of Reiki through additional attunement and hands-on study before continuing through Reiki Levels III and IV and becoming certified as a Reiki Master and Teacher.
Within the Tibetan Reiki system, the fourth level extends beyond traditional Master training and includes the Teacher pathway, emphasizing deeper energetic development and preparation to guide and initiate others.
Sara’s teaching style bridges the spiritual and the practical—creating a warm, approachable, and easy-to-understand learning environment. Her classes emphasize meditation, energy awareness, hands-on experience, and real confidence-building so students leave not only spiritually opened, but practically prepared to continue working with Reiki in everyday life.

Students will receive Reiki Level I certification and attunements upon completion of the training.
